## Response expectations

* **Free / Pro / API** — best-effort support via email, GitHub, and Discord. No formal SLA.
* **Enterprise** — dedicated support with committed response times, agreed per contract.

When writing about an API issue, include your key prefix (never the full key), the endpoint, and any request IDs or `X-RateLimit-*` header values you received.

## Before you write in

* **Is it an outage?** Check [status.worldmonitor.app](https://status.worldmonitor.app) and the public health probe `GET /api/health?compact=1`.
* **Key rotation / limit increases** — [Authentication & Usage](/usage-auth), [Rate Limits](/usage-rate-limits), or email support.
* **Billing self-serve** — invoices, cancel, and renew live in the customer portal at [worldmonitor.app/pro](https://worldmonitor.app/pro).
